Terms and Conditions

COMMUNICATION
- Communication with clients will take place via email or discord.TIME
-The commission may take up to a month to complete depending on the complexity of the order.
-Commission will be started after paying upfront.CHANGE REQUESTS
-Updates will be sent regularly and you can request both minor and majors changes as many times as you would like.
- Requests for major changes cannot be last minute (e.g. completely different poses, different clothes etc).
- If you notice any mistakes made by me after having initially approved the final product they will be fixed for free.REFUNDS
If you would like to cancel or I am no longer able to work on your order due to extenuating circumstances:
-A 100% refund will be issued if I haven't begun or only completed a rough sketch.
- A 50% refund will be issued if I have completed half (or just below half) of your commission.
-If needed this can be discussed further.USAGE
- Commission may be posted anywhere online (with credit)
- Any commission is for personal use (e.g. using as an icon, printing it out for yourself or as a gift)
- May not be used for commercial use (e.g. using the art to make prints to sell to others)
- May not be used to feed into AI models.
- I may post the work on social media with a commission watermark to indicate it is a commission I drew unless the client wishes me not to.I will not tolerate abuse or rude behaviour towards me and have the the right to refuse a commission should these boundaries be crossed.
